If, for whatever reason, you have overlooked a telephone system maintenance contract then you can still contact us for support. With our PAYG telephone system support service, we can provide the assistance you need to get your telephone system up and running again in the shortest possible time.
We offer both on-site and remote support on a pay as you go basis. This means that you can also contact us for non-emergency support services such as office moves or changes that your system requires.
Call-outs for PAYG telephone system support are charged at £125 plus VAT for the first 90 minutes onsite. In our experience, this is usually the maximum time required to resolve an issue. In rare cases, there is a more complicated issue and, in these cases, we will need to charge an additional hourly fee of £39 plus VAT for any time over the initial 90 minutes.
Remote support is charged at an hourly rate of £35 plus VAT, with a minimum charge of £25. We can either dial into your system remotely or access it from your PC if you install our support application, which can be found in the downloads section of our website.
