NEC SV9100 ACD Manual 1.0

Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) uniformly distributes calls among agents who are members of ACD groups. When calls arrive at an ACD group, the longest waiting call is routed to the Agent who has been logged in and available for the longest. By using this method to distribute calls, service levels can be maintained efficiently and calls are distributed fairly.
