NEC MyCalls is the call management application suite from NEC that offers a software solution to suit the unique needs of different types of businesses. With NEC MyCalls Call Manager, you are able to view call statistics by individual users, extension or group and create detailed reports on all aspects of call performance. MyCalls Call Manager has an extensive range of user-friendly features that can help you to increase efficiency within your call centre, protect sales revenues, increase customer service levels and reduce call costs. You can see incoming calls, outgoing calls, call waiting times and how many calls are abandoned on a daily, weekly or longer-term basis. This information can help you to work towards achieving targets and you can even set up alerts to go off when pre-determined limits have been exceeded, such as call waiting times for example.
