At Midland Telecom Networks Ltd, we offer BT Kinsman Telephone System Support and maintenance services including legacy telephone system support. Although the BT Kinsman was withdrawn by BT back in 1988, we can still offer support services to businesses using these systems.

The BT Kinsman Telephone System Support was manufactured by Mitel, and branded by many other companies as the SX20. BT has never actually manufactured its own telephone systems. Instead, it re-brands systems made by some of the leading manufacturers such as Mitel, Avaya and Nortel.

Our same-day emergency engineer service comes as standard for all of our support customers. It is also available for non-support customers, charged at an hourly rate plus VAT.
