BT Ambassador telephone system support maintenance
BT Ambassador telephone system support & maintenance
At Midland Telecom Networks Ltd, we specialise in BT Ambassador Telephone System Support and maintenance, including legacy system support. If your business uses a BT Ambassador Telephone System Support, we can be of assistance.
The BT Ambassador was originally known by its development name EPS (Electronic Plan System). The Ambassador ESS, or AESS, is a microprocessor controlled switching system that came in two different sizes: the AESS 1+3 has one exchange line and up to three extensions and the AESS 2+4 has up to two exchange lines and up to four extensions. The Ambassador ESS 1+3 ceased production in 1987 and the Ambassador ESS 2+4 ceased production in 1991.
Rather than manufacture its own business telephone systems, BT re-branded systems made by some of the leading manufacturers. The BT Ambassador was made by GEC (then GPT Ltd and now Siemens).
